We always have an amazing time in Omaha. Our friends Chris and Janice are so hospitable, and this time was no different. After our show at the Waiting Room, with Satchel Grande (omaha's tightest disco-funk outfit) we headed back to Chris' funky basement lair to find a tiny pink and purple drum kit. It belonged to his daughter, but Quin showed everybody how to rock those tiny drums while Justin tapped into some dance moves that he's had stored deep down.


These long drives give rise to all sorts of innovative musical hybrids. Today, on the drive from Salt Lake City to Boise, Cookie Monster met Joni Mitchell.
